Your Yogi Hosts
Your retreat will be hosted by the Greenland sisters (through marriage), Alysa (E-RYT 500 + IIN Health Coach) + Sarah (RYT 500), are an incredibly diverse yoga teaching duo! Alysa is a playful yogi who loves creative vinyasa flows, restorative chakra balancing yin and giving blissful head massages. Sarah is a gentle yoga teacher, massage therapist and former award-winning beauty therapist who is passionate about alignment and assisting - so you are always practicing safely and to your best ability!

The venue was incredible including the food thanks to our wonderful hosts who owned the organic farm. The 3-day schedule was perfect giving us the choice to attend classes depending on how our bodies were feeling. The yoga was fantastic and I was able to learn so much along the way. "The location was perfect for retreating; The teachers were fabulous, energetic and fun. They created a variety of classes and workshops which aimed at enhancing and assisting your understanding of proper alignment for inversions and handstands as well as numerology and oils. The sound healing and yoga nidra was new for me, and it was amazinggg! I highly recommend it. Combined with yin in the evening it was the perfect wind down to have a restful sleep. Each class was beautifully unique and created to give a different focus to your yoga practice. The teachers worked amazing together. Yin & Yang, and gave the classes a great vibe; The three meals per day were incredibly wholesome and well balanced; I loved that you could further rejuvenate and restore through on-site Kinesiology and massage. Absolute bliss! Also the sauna and salt water pool! It was my first retreat and the standard has been set high! I'm looking forward to another retreat with these great people!"
