THE CLASS SCHEDULE:

6th Feb: “RELEASE”

Learn + Practice Surya Namaskar, a foundational flow that energises, stretches and strengthens the entire body.

13th Feb: “RESTORE”

Experience the healing benefits of a restorative yin class with blocks, blankets, essential oils and head massages (yes, it really is as heavenly as it sounds).

20th Feb: “FLOW”

Flow with the body + breath for a strong + creative sequence before melting deep into some juicy long-held yin postures.

27th Feb: “CONNECT”

To celebrate the upcoming full moon, learn + practice the fluid Chandra namaskar or “salute to the moon.” Then enjoy a mindful meditation during Savasana.

6th Mar: “BALANCE”

Learn a few rituals to balance your yin + yang before diving deep into a gentle chakra balancing flow incorporating long held postures in both challenging + non-challenging postures.

13th Mar: “INVIGORATE”

The perfect way to end 6-weeks of yoga bliss! A restorative yin yoga class infused with the captivating musings of world-renown philosopher, Alan Watts. Awaken to your inner truth, and the magic of the universe.
